What you should know about us...
Paul and Ingrid Capoziello are the proud owners of Capo Ristorante in Floral Park.
Paul is a chef with a lengthy resume. He has been working in the business for 18 years, most formerly a chef with Compass Group, Restaurant Associates. Paul’s work experience in the food industry, both restaurant style, and corporate catering style dining has helped him to gain the knowledge necessary to serve any client.
Ingrid is a registered nurse and is learning more and more about the business with each day.
